As a teacher I have over 30 years of experience in both Opera and Musical theater; I teach Classical Voice, based on Italian pedagogy, as well as Musical theater belting and Contemporary Commercial Music using the principles of Somatic Voicework (tm) The LoVetri Method. Healthy singing and a good technique have preserved my voice through the years; let me share this technique with you. Throughout my career I have worked with some of the greatest teachers and coaches in the world. My college teacher was Florence Birdwell, well-known as a teacher of Musical theater; Kristin Chenoweth, Kelli O'Hara and Lara Teeter are just a few of her famous pupils with whom I have performed. When I moved to New York I was fortunate enough to become a part of the studio of Nancy Stokes Milnes, the renowned Master Teacher of Voice who helped me find the repertoire which gave me an international career as a Verdi and Puccini specialist in theaters such as La Scala in Milan, Arena di Verona and throughout the world. I am now the Artistic Director of American Singers' Opera Project, North Carolina, and part of the Voice Faculty at University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. I have a BM and MM in Voice Performance from Oklahoma City University and a DMA in Vocal Pedagogy from Shenandoah Conservatory (Virginia).

Serving the greater Oklahoma City area: Edmond, Midwest City, Oklahoma City, Bethany, Norman.
